2. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION / INFORMAZIONI
PRELIMINARI
This unit has been manufactured and
checked in factory by following production
and testing methods which are in
compliance with the most recent
International Standards and with the
European Directive for Medical Devices
(93/42 EEC).
During the testing, a Test Report including
the following information:
•
Output data accuracy test (kV-mA-time)
•
Electrical safety test (PE resistance and
leaked currents)
has been filled out with the results of the
obtained measures.
To ensure that during the transport from the
factory to the user the unit has not suffered
any damage, some tests and functional
checks are required. It is necessary to
perform these tests during the installation.
To check the output data, it is necessary to
use a non-invasive instrument for kV and x-
ray time measurement (type MINI-X Plus or
PMX-I R). In case there is not this
instrument, it is possible to check these
values directly on the unit display.
Perform the operations described in this
chapter if additional and specific acceptance
tests are required (i.e. by hospital or
Government).
Questa unità è stata costruita e controllata in
fabbrica con metodi di produzione e di
collaudo certificati dai più recenti standard
internazionali e rispondenti alla direttiva
europea dei dispositivi medici (93/42 CEE).
In fase di collaudo un Test Report
principalmente composto da:
•
Test di accuratezza dei dati di uscita
(kV-mA-time)
•
Test di sicurezza elettrica (resistenza del
PE e correnti disperse)
è stato compilato con i risultati delle misure
ottenute.
Per garantire che nel trasporto tra fabbrica e
utilizzatore l’apparecchio non abbia subito
danni e sia efficiente, sono richiesti una serie
di test e controlli funzionali. È necessario
effettuare questi test durante l’installazione.
Per controllare i dati in uscita è necessario
uno strumento non invasivo per la misura dei
kV e del tempo RX (tipo MINI-X Plus o PMX-
I R). In assenza dello strumento è possibile
controllarli direttamente sul display
dell’apparecchio.
Nel caso fossero necessari controlli di
accettazione specifici (dettati da regolamenti
dell’ospedale o del Governo dell’utenza),
prima di procedere eseguire quanto descritto
in questo capitolo.
