6.7. “C-Arm Manager” Terminal / Terminale “C-Arm Manager”

“C-Arm Manager” is a software utility that
allows to load and/or modify the set-up unit
data and download the list of the alarms
appeared on the unit. Furthermore, it is
possible to update the software versions of the
“CSC” (Central System Controller), “GSC”
(Generator System Controller), “DCA” (Display
System Controller), “MSC” (Memory System
Controller) boards.
The program does not require any licence type
and it does not modify the Pc configuration
where it is installed.
The program works properly with operative
systems Windows 2000, Windows XP,
Windows Vista.
The PC must be connected through a serial
cable to the connector for the dosimeter printer
that is on the right unit side. The connection
allows to perform all the foreseen operations,
except that for the software updating of the
GSC board. In this case the cable must be
connected to the B5 board (it is necessary to
open the unit by removing the rear cover, see
chapt. “Replacements – 3” §2.2.1).
“C-Arm Manager” è un’utility software che
permette di caricare e/o modificare i dati
macchina di setup e scaricare l’elenco degli
allarmi intervenuti sull’unità. Inoltre è possibile
aggiornare le versioni software delle schede
“CSC” (Central System Controller), “GSC”
(Generator System Controller), “DCA” (Display
System Controller), “MSC” (Memory System
Controller).
Il programma non richiede nessun tipo di
licenza e non modifica la configurazione del Pc
su cui viene installato.
Il programma funziona correttamente con
sistemi operativi Windows 2000, Windows XP,
Windows Vista.
Il PC deve essere collegato tramite un cavo
seriale al connettore per la stampante del
dosimetro che si trova sul lato destro dell’unità.
Il collegamento permette di eseguire tutte le
operazioni previste, tranne che per
l’aggiornamento del software della scheda
GSC, in questo caso il cavo deve essere
collegato alla scheda B5 (è necessario aprire
l’unità rimuovendo il carter posteriore, vedere
cap. “Sostituzioni – 3” §2.2.1).
