2.2.1. Tube calibration in continuous fluoroscopy / Calibrazione del tubo in scopia continua
Purpose:
Get the proper filament ignition at the set kV
and the output power.
Scopo:
Ottenere l’accensione del filamento adeguata
ai kV impostati e alla potenza di uscita.
Procedure:
Place the digital multimeter between Tp17(+)
and Tp3(-) and adjust P4 to obtain 0V±0.005V
Place the oscilloscope on the board PSM18:
channel A: probe Tp17 (format 1V = 1mA) –
Tp3 GND.
channel B: probe Tp14 (format 1V = 20kV) –
Tp3 GND.
Place the digital multimeter on:
B8-Tp6 (probe, format 1V-100mA) and B8-Tp1
(GND).
Procedimento:
Posizionare il multimetro digitale tra Tp17(+) e
Tp3(-) e regolare P4 per ottenere 0V±0.005V
Posizionare l’oscilloscopio sulla scheda
PSM18:
canale A: sonda Tp17 (formato 1V = 1mA) –
Tp3 GND.
canale B: sonda Tp14 (formato 1V = 20kV) –
Tp3 GND.
Posizionare il multimetro digitale su:
B8-Tp6 (sonda, formato 1V-100mA) e B8-Tp1
(GND).
Adjustment of the value “ADJ START IFIL
FLUO”.
Set a series of three exposures in Manual
Fluoroscopy (60kV, 80kV, 100kV with paired
mA) for at least 10sec.
For every exposure value enter collimator
Service Mode (password “1001”). Perform
Manual fluoroscopy for at least 10sec.
Take the value that appears on the display
and note down it.
Exit from the Service Mode (
Don’t save the
data!!!
). Set another value and repeat the
previous points. At the end of the three
exposures, average out of the three found
values.
Enter Service Mode, password “5798” and set
the value “Adj Fil Fluoro” at the value of the
mean previously calculated.
Purpose of the procedure described above is
to get a fluoroscopy wave-form as straight as
possible.
Regolazione del valore “ADJ START IFIL
FLUO”.
Impostare una serie di tre esposizioni in
Scopia Manuale (60kV, 80kV, 100kV con mA
abbinati) per almeno 10sec.
Per ogni valore di esposizione entrare in
Service Mode modalità collimatore (password
“1001”). Eseguire scopia Manuale per almeno
10sec.
Rilevare il valore che compare sul display e
prenderne nota.
Uscire da Service Mode (
Non salvare i dati!!!
).
Impostare un altro valore e ripetere i punti
precedenti. Alla fine delle tre esposizioni, fare
la media dei tre valori rilevati.
Entrare in Service Mode, password “5798” e
impostare il valore “Adj Fil Fluoro” al valore
della media precedentemente calcolata.
Scopo della procedura sopra descritta è
ottenere una forma d’onda di scopia il più
rettilinea possibile.
