3.7. Image uniformity adjustment (shading) / Regolazione uniformità

Connect the oscilloscope to the connector of
the video signal in output from the CCU.
Place at the x-ray output the test E54 without
the Cu sheet of 1,5mm.
Move the jumper N23_ANB1-J4 in the position
2-3 to select the correction of the image
uniformity.
Control x-rays in automatic fluoroscopy mode
and adjust the potentiometers P7, P8, P9, P10
to get the video signal as regular as possible as
represented in Fig. 12.
Check also visually that the image on the
monitor is uniform and there is no area with
different brightness or tonality.
Check the image uniformity even for every
possible magnification of the I.I.
Collegare l’oscilloscopio sul connettore del
segnale video in uscita dalla CCU.
Posizionare all’uscita raggi il test E54, senza il
foglio di rame da 1,5mm.
Spostare il jumper N23_ANB1-J4 nella
posizione 2-3 per selezionare la correzione
dell’uniformità dell’immagine.
Comandare Rx in modalità Scopia automatica e
regolare i potenziometri P7, P8, P9, P10 per
ottenere il segnale video più regolare possibile,
come raffigurato in Fig. 12.
Verificare anche visivamente che l’immagine sul
monitor sia uniforme, non siano visibile delle
zone con differente luminosità o tonalità.
Verificare l’uniformità dell’immagine anche per
ogni ingrandimento possibile dell’IB.
