3.1.2. Image geometry / Geometria immagine
SBFM memory
Press at the same time the rotation keys on the
control panel and wait for some seconds till the
reference cross appears on monitor “A” (direct
image).
DIP memory:
Press “CTRL + C” keys on the memory control
panel, the reference cross appears on monitor
“A” (direct image).
Control Automatic Fluoroscopy and control x-
rays. Move the CCD till the cross of the disk ID
85 is aligned with the digital cross of the
monitor “A”.
Check that, by rotating the image clockwise and
counterclockwise, the alignment of the Id 85
disk center does not diverge from the digital
image center on the monitor (tolerance ±1mm).
On the contrary center again the ID 85 disk and
proceed again with the CCD centering.
Perform an horizontal inversion of the image on
the monitor and check that the deviation is
lower than 1mm.
Tighten the three screws M4x12 that fix the
CCD, by checking that this does not move.
Memoria SBFM:
Premere contemporaneamente i tasti di
rotazione sul pannello di comando e attendere
alcuni secondi finché appare la croce di
riferimento sul monitor “A” (immagine diretta).
Memoria DIP
Premere i tasti “CTRL + C” sul pannello di
comando della memoria, appare la croce di
riferimento sul monitor “A” (immagine diretta).
Comandare Scopia Automatica e comandare
Rx. Muovere la CCD fino ad allineare la croce
del disco ID E85 con la croce digitale del
monitor “A”.
Verificare che, ruotando l’immagine in senso
orario e antiorario, l’allineamento del centro del
disco Id 85 non si discosti dal centro
dell’immagine digitale sul monitor (tolleranza
±1mm). In caso contrario ricentrare il disco ID
85 e procedere di nuovo alla centratura della
CCD.
Effettuare un’inversione orizzontale
dell’immagine a monitor e verificare che lo
scostamento sia inferiore a 1mm.
Stringere le tre viti a brugola M4x12 che fissano
la CCD, verificando che questa non si sposti.
3.1.3. Focusing (ordinary) / Messa a fuoco (grossolana)
Select the automatic fluoroscopy and control x-
rays. Operate on the monitor brightness and
contrast controls to get the image as good as
possible. Check the cross focusing on the
monitor.
Operate on the adjusting screw placed on the
CCD Camera to modify the optics focusing (see
the following figure).
Selezionare Scopia automatica e comandare
RX. Agire sui comandi di luminosità e contrasto
del monitor per ottenere la migliore immagine
possibile. Verificare la messa a fuoco della
croce a monitor.
Agire sulla vite di regolazione posta sulla CCD
Camera per modificare la messa a fuoco
dell'ottica (vedi figura seguente).
