4.1.2. Image centring / Centratura dell’immagine
The camera is supplied already prearranged for
the I.I. assembly.
Unloose the three fixing screws of the camera
(Fig. 20 pos. A). Rotate the camera till it is
centered on the I.I. so that the x-ray image is of
the max. dimension allowed by the electronic
circle, that is to say:
•
Inside the electronic circle no “empty edge”
must appear,
•
The electronic circle has not to “cut” the
most external part of the image
In order to perform this adjustment, it can be
useful to increase the brightness and the
contrast of the monitor.
Finally tighten the three previously loose
screws.
La camera viene fornita già predisposta per il
montaggio sull’IB.
Allentare le tre viti di fissaggio della camera
(Fig. 20 pos.A). Ruotare la camera fino a
centrare la stessa sull’IB in modo che
l’immagine radiologica sia della dimensione
massima consentita dal cerchio elettronico,
cioè:
•
all’interno del cerchio elettronico non deve
comparire un “bordo vuoto”,
•
il cerchio elettronico non deve “tagliare” la
parte più esterna dell’immagine.
Per eseguire questa regolazione può essere
utile aumentare luminosità e contrasto del
monitor.
Alla fine chiudere le tre viti precedentemente
allentate.
4.1.3. Image focusing / Messa a fuoco dell’immagine

Put the test TYP18 of the LEEDS University on
the grid in input to the I.I. tube so that it is
arranged to 45° in respect of the line marked on
the I.I. (Drawing A).
Select Automatic Fluoroscopy and control x-
rays.
Unloose the fixing screw of the focusing ring nut
(pos. C).
By using a small screwdriver inserted in the
holes of the focusing ring nut (pos. D), adjust
the ring nut ( by rotating it in a direction or in the
other one) till the best focusing of the image on
the monitor is obtained.
Fix the position of the focusing ring nut by
tightening the fixing screw.
Posizionare il test TYP18 dell'Università di
LEEDS sulla griglia in ingresso al Tubo I.B.,
avendo l'accortezza di sistemarlo a 45° rispetto
alla linea marcata sull’IB (Disegno A).
Selezionare fluoroscopia automatica e
comandare Rx.
Allentare la vite di fissaggio della ghiera di
messa a fuoco (pos.C).
Utilizzando un piccolo cacciavite, inserito nei fori
della ghiera di messa a fuoco (pos.D), regolare
la ghiera stessa (ruotandola in un senso o
nell'altro) fino ad ottenere la migliore messa a
fuoco dell'immagine sul monitor.
Fissare la posizione della ghiera di messa a
fuoco, stringendo la vite di fissaggio.
