4.5.2. Check of the kV balance / Verifica della bilancia kV.
HRC 1000 memory version Versione con memoria HRC 1000
Remove the filters previously placed at the
output of the collimator by leaving only
1mmAL on the collimator.
Place a filter of 8,2mmAL at the output of the
collimator.
Control automatic fluoroscopy with standard
mA curve without enlargement. Check that
the kV value stabilizes always at the same
value (typically 55kV
±
2) and that the image
is readable.
Control Snapshot, check that at the end of x-
rays the Vu-Meter index places on the
central value
±
2 divisions.
Replace the filter of 8,2mmAl with a filter of
4mmCu.
Control automatic fluoroscopy with standard
curve without enlargement. Check that the
kV value stabilizes always at the same value
(typically 97kV
±
2) and that the image is
readable.
Control Snapshot, check that at the end of x-
rays the Vu-Meter index places on the
central value
±
2 divisions.
On the memory IO-07 board, set the SW6
commutator in position 1 (display of the Vu-
Meter = OFF).
Togliere i filtri precedentemente posizionati
all’uscita del collimatore, lasciando solo 1mmAL
sul collimatore.
Posizionare un filtro da 8,2mmAL all’uscita del
collimatore.
Comandare scopia automatica con curva mA
standard senza ingrandimento. Verificare che il
valore dei kV si stabilizzi sempre allo stesso
valore (tipicamente 55kV
±
2) e che l’immagine
sia leggibile.
Comandare Snapshot, verificare che alla fine
raggi l’indice del Vu-Meter si posizioni sul valore
centrale
±
2 divisioni.
Sostituire il filtro da 8,2mmAl con un filtro da
4mmCu.
