Automatic jitter measurements

This section provides specifications for automatic jitter measurements.

Maximum Tolerable Jitter (MTJ)

A group of up to 20 user-specified jitter frequencies (scan frequencies) can be defined. 
A set of pre-defined masks per applicable standards is also provided.

Fast Maximum Tolerable Jitter (Fast MTJ)

A group of up 20 user-specified frequencies (scan frequencies) can be defined. A set 
of pre-defined masks per applicable standards is also provided.
