Using a Bluetooth audio device

The Bluetooth option allows the use of audio devices. Before the devices are used, they
must be paired - see

“Setting up a Bluetooth connection” on page 152

.

To connect to a Bluetooth audio device

1

On the System page, select the Bluetooth icon.

Select a device in the Paired devices list. If no devices appear, see

“Setting up a

Bluetooth connection” on page 152

The Name and the MAC Address for that device will display in the Paired Device
Details box.

Select the

Connect

button.

NOTE:

While support for Bluetooth headsets and loudspeakers is supported, Viavi
does not guarantee correct operation with all off-the-shelf commercially avail-
able devices. The user/owner of the 5800/4800 should verify whether it will
work with the 5800/4800 before regular use.

NOTE:

Only one Bluetooth audio device can be connected at a time.
