Value range: 0.0 ... 100.0 deg (Peak phase error)
0.0 ... 25.0 deg (RMS phase error)
GSM: 0 ... 200 Hz (Frequency error)
GSM850: 0 ... 200 Hz (Frequency error)
DCS1800: 0 ... 400 Hz
DCS1900: 0 ... 400 Hz
Default: 20.0 deg
