SECTION 4 - BOOM & PLATFORM

– JLG Lift –

3121827

Install the end cap (4) removal tools provided with
the Helac seal kit.

Using a metal bar, or something similar, un-screw
the end cap (4) by turning it counter clock-wise.

Remove the end cap (4) and set aside for later
inspection.

Remove the stop tube if included. The stop tube is
an available option to limit the rotation of the actua-
tor.

Every actuator has timing marks for proper engage-
ment.
