When the computer restarts and you have logged on, REMOTELY POSSIBLE will be running but
hidden. In order to gain control of the Remotely Possible/32 setup screen again, you need to shut
down the REMOTELY POSSIBLE program that is currently active and then restart the Remotely
Possible Configuration Screen as follows.
To shut down REMOTELY POSSIBLE:
1. Click the button, and select Run.
2. Click the button to browse to the directory where the rp32u.exe program file
is stored.
The C:\program files\raxco\instanNT\Remotely Possible\rp32u.exe command line will be
displayed.
3. Press the right-arrow key to dehighlight this comman line, press the space bar once to insert a
space after the quotation mark ending the string, and enter #logoff so that the command line
will look like this:
C:\program files\raxco\instanNT\remotely possible\rp32u.exe #logoff
Then click the button.
The hidden REMOTELY POSSIBLE program will now shut down.
To restart the Remotely Possible Configuration Screen:
1. Click the button. Select Programs and Remotely Possible 32. Then select Remotely
Possible 32 again.
2. Hold down the Ctrl key + Shift key, while clicking on the Remotely Possible 32 Program line.
On the task bar, Remotely Possible 32 should appear minimized.
3. Right-click the minimized Remotely Possible 32 on the task bar.
4. Select Maximize on the drop-down menu.
If you wish, you can now change the Remotely Possible configuration.
5. When finished, click the Minimize button (

) in the upper right corner of the window.
