Usi ng Message Statu s

Message Status

When you use the Message Status feature, you can see a list showing the current status of messages
stored in any existing mailbox in your Voice Mail system.

To access the Message Status list:

1.

Click Report on the menu bar, select Mailbox on the Report menu, and select Numeric List on
the Mailbox drop-down menu.

2.

Click the

button on the Mailbox Numeric List Report dialog box to display a

numerical list of the mailboxes in your Voice Mail system, similar to the list shown below.

3.

Click the

icon on the menu bar, or select Message Status on the View menu.
