Distribution Lists Report

To view and print a Distribution Lists report:

1.

Select Distribution Lists on the Reports menu.

On the Distribution Lists Report dialog box:

2.

In the Starting Distribution List box
Enter the lowest-numbered Distribution List that you wish to display on the report.

3.

In the Ending Distribution List box
Enter the highest-numbered Distribution List that you wish to display on the report.

4.

Click the

button to save your selection and display the report.

The Distribution Lists report shows the number of every mailbox in each Distribution List. It also
shows the name and department associated with the mailbox, if any. In addition, the report specifies
how many of the available Distribution Lists are not currently in use by your Voice Mail system.
