Chapter 3: Programming

Understanding the Mailbox Options Screen

The main screen for Mailbox Options is divided into the following sections:

O

Mailbox Identifier

identifies the number of the mailbox you are programming.

O

Mailbox Property Pages provide access to different sets of programmable fields. The 

actual Mailbox Property Pages that are shown on the screen 
depends on the mailbox type. Click on the desired Property 
Page to move to a different set of programmable fields.

O

Programmable Fields

are specific options that you can change for each mailbox.  
The actual fields shown depends on the mailbox type.

O

Helpful Information

provides information about a particular field for which you 
are programming.

O

Options Buttons

allows you to go to different mailboxes and copy specific 
mailbox information.  For specific information on these but-
tons, see Using the Options Buttons on page 175

.
