General Properties Page

The following mailbox options are on the General Properties Page and can be programmed for Dis-
tribution Mailboxes.

Options

Programmable

Options

include Mailbox Type, Name, Department, Distribution List, Tenant

and Directory List.

Mailbox Type

This option allows you to assign a mailbox type.

Name

This option allows you to assign a name to the Distribution Mailbox.  The name appears on
system reports.  In addition, a mailbox user can enter the name when recording and sending a
message to the Distribution List associated with the Distribution  Mailbox.

Availability:

All versions of the NT Voice Mail.

Default:

Depends on the phone system that is installed.

When you change a mailbox type, the Voice Mail erases any messages
