ACD Announ cement Mailboxes

Description

An Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Mailbox lets you record a customized ACD Announcement
for an ACD group.

A sample ACD Announcement might be: Thank you calling. All our technicians are currently
with customers. Please hold, and a technician will be with you shortly.

To access ACD Announcement Mailboxes:

1.

Use

Reports

Mailbox

Numeric List

on page 360 to determine a mailbox number

that can be used for an ACD Announcement Mailbox. No ACD Mailboxes are set up at
default.

2.

Once you determine which mailbox number to use, go the Voice Mail Main Screen:

Edit.
