Listening to Messages
Users can listen to their messages after calling (logging onto) their mailboxes.

Listening Options
While listening to a message or after message playback, a user can press:

(7 3) to record a reply to the message sender.
If the extension number of the message sender is not known, the NT Voice Mail lets you
manually enter an extension number.

(6 3) to have the message forwarded to other mailboxes

(6 2) to make an Intercom call to the sender of the message. If the extension number
of the message sender is not known, the NT Voice Mail lets you manually enter an exten-
sion number.
