Start Transmission
Start Transmission includes Date and Time.
Date
The Date value is the date when the Voice Mail will start to send the FAX documents.
Time
The Time value is the time of day when the Voice Mail will start to send the FAX documents.
Document Number
This is the box where you can list the identification numbers for up to 10 FAX documents that
have been loaded in the FAX slots. After your identification, the Voice Mail will send these
documents as FAX callouts to the numbers listed in the FAX Numbers box at the selected ten-
ant site. (For more information about this box, see FAX Numbers right below.)
FAX Numbers
This is the box where you can list up to 100 FAX numbers in your Voice Mail system by all of
the following: the name of the company or person who is to receive the document(s) at the
selected tenant site, the number that the Automated Attendant of the Voice Mail must dial, and
optionally a destination extension number for reaching that company or person. Note that you
must combine all digits into one string, such as 12039254266, without using any spaces or
parentheses.
To use the Fax Distribution List Options dialog box:
1. In the Tenant box:
Enter the number that identifies the tenant who will receive the document(s), and press the Tab
key to reach the Date box.
2. In the Date box:
Enter the start date for FAX transmission in MM/DD/YY format, and press the Tab key to
reach the Time box.
3. In the Time box:
Enter the start time for FAX transmission in HH:MM:SS format, and press the Tab key to
reach the Document Number box.
4. In the Document Number box:
Enter the identification number for a FAX document that has been loaded in a FAX slot, and
press the Tab key to reach the Document Number box for Index 2.
5. Repeat Step 4 until you have entered up to 10 numbers for FAX documents that the Voice Mail
will send as FAX callouts to the selected tenant.
6. When finished entering document numbers, press the Tab key to reach the FAX Numbers box .
7. In the FAX Numbers box:
Enter the name, number, and extension of the company or person who is to receive the selected
document(s) by tabbing to each field.
8. Repeat Step 7 until you have entered the name, number and extension of each person who is to
receive the selected document(s).
9. If you have made a mistake on the FAX Numbers list and you wish to start all over again:
Click the button to erase your current list.
