3.11.3 Replacing Cartridge Holder

3.11 Replacing IH

VJ628XE-M-00

Remove the removed cables from the clamps
on the path.

Removing Heater Board Stay.

3.11.2 Removing Heater Board Stay

NOTE

This procedure is needed for replacing L-
side.

Loosen Joint Screw and then remove L Fitting
from Cartridge Holder.

A : Joint Screw
B : L Fitting

Remove the screws (2 pieces) retaining
Cartridge Holder to Cartridge Base.

A : Tapping screw M3

12S Tight cup

Remove Cartridge Holder.

Remove IH Cap and Twist Spring from

Cartridge Holder.

A : Cartridge Holder
B : IH Cap
C : Twist Spring

Replace Cartridge Holder.

Assemble the removed IH Cap and Twist

Spring to Cartridge Holder.

Assemble Cartridge Holder to Cartridge

Base.

A : Tapping screw M3

ｘ

12S Tight cup

Attach the new O ring to the removed fitting,

and connect it to cartridge holder with the Joint
screw.

NOTE

• Replace O ring attached to Fitting with

New one.

• Attach O ring after dipping in dedicated

cleaning fluid.

To reassemble unit, reverse the removal

procedure.
