3.9 Replacing Cable Guide section

VJ628XE-M-00

Remove CR_FFC from CR Board Base.

A : CR_FFC
B : CR Board Base

Temporary tighten the screws (3 pieces)

retaining Steel Bare.

A : Pan-head screw with spring washer and

flat washer M3

B : Steel Bare

Remove Clamp Bare.

Remove Tube Film from Clamp FFC.

A : Clamp_FFC
B : Clamp_Bare

NOTE

One place should work at a time. After
attaching again the Clamp Bare of the
part which removed CR_FFC, the next
part should work.

Remove the screws retaining Bare Fixing

Material.

A : Tapping screw M3

P Tight cup

B : Bare Fixing Material

Remove CR_FFC from Bare Fixing Material.

A : Bare Fixing Material
B : CR_FFC

Remove CR FFC from the clamps on the

path.

Remove CR FFC from MAIN Board.

A : CR_FFC

Refer to the instructions and bend the new

CR_FFC for installation.

Folding Direction

CR FFC

To reassemble unit, reverse the removal

procedure.
