Problem

The StakMax

communicating.

Verify that the StakMax cable is connected to
both the StakMax stacker and the AquaMax

Microplate Washer.

Power-cycle both instruments to re-establish
the connections.

The robot is not
communicating.

Verify that the USB cable is connected to both
the robot and the AquaMax Microplate
Washer.

Verify that the communication port setting
corresponds to the virtual COM port assigned
to the USB driver.

Power-cycle both the robot and the AquaMax
Microplate Washer to re-establish
connections.

Data cannot be downloaded
from instrument to computer
using the AquaMax Utility.

Verify that the USB cable is plugged into both
the AquaMax Microplate Washer and the
computer.

Verify that the communication port setting
corresponds to the virtual COM port assigned
to the USB driver.

Restart the computer and power-cycle the
AquaMax Microplate Washer to re-establish
connections.
