“Z: Failed find home”
Error 220

Obstruction to the motion of the wash head:

•

Turn off the power to the washer and then remove
any obstructions from the path of the wash head.

The wash head home sensor might be malfunctioning:

•

In the Options tab, touch Reset.

Note:

If the error persists, the sensor might need

to be replaced. Please contact Technical Support.

“No Plate Detected”
Error 178

No plate in the plate carriage:

•

Verify there are no obstructions in the plate
carriage.

•

Place a plate in the plate carriage

•

Turn off the power to the washer and then move
the carriage in and out and clean around the white
carriage clip using an ethanol-dampened swab.

Plate sensor is malfunctioning:

•

The sensor might be misaligned. Please contact
Technical Support.

Pressure timeout
error 154.

If the system cannot achieve target bottle pressure:

•

Check that all pressure fittings are properly
connected.

•

Tighten caps on all reservoir bottles.

•

Remove all pressure tubing from the bottles, and
reconnect them to one reservoir bottle at a time, to
determine which bottle is having pressure
problems.

•

Inspect the air tubing for leaks.

•

Disconnect the air and liquid connectors from
washer, but leave the waste connected, and then
run the program. If the problem is bottle-specific or
hose-specific, you should not get the error. If the
error persists, then contact Technical Support.

Note:

If the total air volume in all the bottles is

large (>10 L), it can take up to 5 minutes to
pressurize the bottles.
