16 TROUBLESHOOTING
16.1 Verification of Problem Occurrence
When a problem occurs on the CC-Link Ver.2 board, check the following error details
to find the appropriate section to go to.
(1) Problem for software package installation
No. Error detail Cause determination method/Corrective action
1 The software is not normally installed. Refer to Section 16.2.1.
2 Uninstallation is not executed normally. Refer to Section 16.2.2.

The driver is not normally installed.
A " ! " mark is displayed next to the icon of the driver on
the Device Manager screen.
Refer to Section 16.3.3.
(2) Problem for a personal computer and utility

1 The personal computer does not start/down Refer to Section 16.3.

Error message "An error occurred in writing." is displayed in
utility Logon as a user with administrator authority and
execute utility or reinstall the operating system.

The password is requested on the User Account Control
screen when the utility is activated.

When the utility is activated, and if the
User Account Control screen is displayed
requesting a selection of user with administrator
authority and password entry

logging on to the system does not have an
administrator authority.
Log off the system and login again as a user with
administrator authority, and activate the utility.
