The inverter runs from the Starting frequency. After hold time of starting frequency, the
inverter will accelerate to the setting frequency according to the setting acceleration time.
If the setting frequency is smaller than starting frequency, the inverter stands by. Starting
frequency is not limited by lower frequency limit
Notice: When sensorless vector control or V/F control is active, factory setting of
P1.01 is 1.5HZ, while factory setting is 0 HZ on condition of vector control.
