7.6.2 Static Mixer

7.6.2.1 Replacing the Static Mixer

Description

Part No.

Static mixer (volume: 350 µL), for

HPG-3x00SD, LPG-3400 and DGP-3600 (both SD and RS)

Static mixer (volume: 150 µL), for

HPG-3x00RS

Tip

: When you loosen or tighten capillaries on the static mixer, hold and fix the

static mixer with the open-end wrench (size 13 mm) to prevent the mixer from
turning in the mounting bracket. (The open-end wrench is provided in the
accessories kit for the pump.)

Disconnect the capillaries on the inlet and outlet of the static mixer.

Remove the static mixer from the mounting bracket by pulling the mixer toward you.

Insert the new mixer into the bracket and reconnect the mixer inlet and outlet
capillaries.

After you have replaced the mixer, update the related service information in
Chromeleon. To do so, perform the

MixerFritChanged

command (


