blink, then it will be on for a long time
which indicates that EPB has been
pulled up.
Manual Release
Turn on the START button at the
position of ―ON‖, press the switch ―

down and step on the brake pedal
simultaneously

on instrument panel is off, which
indicates that the electric parking is
released.
Automatic Parking
When the car is shut down and the
position is at ―OFF‖ or ―P‖, EPB will be
upward automatically and the
indicator ―

be on.
Automatic Release
If EPB is pulled up, the car will start to
move, step the accelerator for a
certain distance, then EPB will be
released automatically and the
indicator ―
‖ on instrument panel will
be off.
DCT Transmission
Gear indication is at the left lower side
of the tachometer to display the mode
and gear of the automatic gear box
currently selected.
P: Park;
R: Reverse;
N: Neutral;
D: Drive (economic mode);
S: Sport;
M: Manual.
Positions of the Shift Operating
Lever
Positions of the shift operating lever
include P, R, N, position D, S, M, etc.
P: Park
– where both the
transmission and shift lever are
mechanically locked. The engine shall
be shut down or started at this gear.
To shift to P, start-up button shall be at
ON status, and stepping on the brake
pedal to shift to P.
Note: Switch to P after the vehicle
comes to a full stop to avoid any
damage to transmission.
R: Reverse
– when switching from P
to R, please refer to instructions for
position P.
N: Neutral - Neutral position is be
used when it is necessary to restart
the engine that has flamed out or
make the engine run in idle for
temporary parking. Whatever the
reason is, gear shall be shifted to P as
long as you get off the vehicle.
D: Drive - Use this gear in normal
driving. Transmission can
automatically select the appropriate
gear according to the travelling speed
and acceleration. Under this gear, the
vehicle is at economic mode and its
