7. Reinstall all wheel nuts with
fingers.
When reinstalling wheel nuts
(wedge-shaped end faces inward),
firstly screw wheel nut with hands as
tight as possible, and then push wheel
backward to see whether it can be
screwed down any further.
FRIENDLY TIPS

Do not apply engine oil or
lubricating oil on bolt or nut, thus
it may cause nuts to be
excessively screwed down and
bolts will be damaged, nuts will
become loose and wheel will
come off, which will cause a
severe accident.

If there is engine oil or
lubricating oil on bolts or nuts,
clean them.
Lowering the car
8. Lower vehicle completely and
screw wheel nuts down.
In order to lower vehicle, rotate jack
handle counterclockwise.
Only wheel nut wrench can be used to
screw nuts down. Do not use other
tools or any leveraged tool except
hands (such as hammer, pipe or foot).
Confirm that wrench is tightly covered
on nut.
Screw nuts down successively
according to the shown order and
screw down a bit for each time.
Repeat the procedures until all nuts
are secured tightly.
FRIENDLY TIPS

When lowering down the car,
make sure that all parts of body
and all people around won‘t get
injured.

Screw down wheel nuts with
torque wrench of 110N
·
m (10.5
kilogram force
·
meter) after
wheel replacement. Otherwise,
nuts will become loose and
wheel will come off, which will
cause a severe accident.
After replacing tire
9. Check tire pressure after
replacement.
Adjust tire pressure to a specified
value. If value of tire pressure is lower
than the specified value, drive vehicle
slowly to nearby service station for air
inflation and make air pressure reach
the correct air pressure.
Do not forget to install tire valve cap,
otherwise if dust and moisture will
enter valve core and may cause air
leakage.
If tire valve cap is lost, a new one
