Driving Tips of BYD Suri2-2

Running-in period

Special attention shall be given to
driving rules in the first 1,000km, and
this can help ensu

re the vehicle‘s

reliability and other performances.

The following precautions shall be
noted in this stage:

1. Avoid vehicle start and
snap-acceleration with the throttle
valve fully opened.

2. Avoid slamming on the brake. The
new brake shall run in through proper
operation in the first 300km.

3. Do not change the engine oil before
the time or driving distance
recommended in the regular
maintenance table is met.

4. Avoid running the engine at
excessive speed.

5. Do not run at a single fast or slow
speed for a long time.

6. Do not drag other vehicles in the
first initial 2,000km.

The above mentioned advice shall

also be observed after the engine or
brake pad is changed.

Fuel

1.

Unleaded gasoline with octane
number of 93# or higher shall be
used in this vehicle and gasoline
with octane number of 92# or
higher shall be used in areas
where gasoline is used in
accordance with Beijing V
standard.
