Use cleaning solution with
antifreeze agent.
These products are provided in BYD
authorized service stations and all
auto parts stores.
Mix water and antifreeze agent at a
ratio instructed by manufacturer.
NOTICE
Do not use engine antifreeze agent or
other substitutes as cleaning solution
as they may damage vehicle paint.
If parking brake may be frozen, do
not use it.
When parking, set shift lever to
neutral position and block the rear
wheel. Do not use parking brake;
otherwise, all around the parking
brake will be frozen by accumulated
water or snow, which will make it
difficult to release parking brake.
Avoid ice and snow under mud
guard.
If there is ice and snow under mud
guard, it will make it difficult to steer.
When driving in cold winter, park
frequently to check whether there is
accumulated ice and snow under mud
guard.
It is recommended that some
necessary emergency tools be
taken along with the car according
to different driving places.
Put tire chain, window scraper, a bag
of sand or salt, signal flasher, scoop,
connecting cable, etc. in the vehicle.
Towing trailer
BYD Suri car is mainly designed for
carrying passengers.
Towing trailer will cause harmful effect
in aspects of manipulation,
performance, braking, durability and
economic driving and fuel
consumption, etc.
Driving safety and comfort completely
depend on correct use of equipment
and habit of careful driving.
For others‘ and your own safety, do
not overload or tow trailer.
BYD does not provide any guarantee
for damage or fault caused by towing
trailer due to commercial purpose.
Weight limit
Confirm the towing capacity of the
trailer before towing a trailer, contact
local BYD authorized service station
to check whether trailer towing
capacity is within the specified range.
Towing capacity is measured on flat
road. When driving in mountain area,
remember that engine power and its
towing capacity will be reduced.
