Air Conditioning System 1-108
Front Defrost Button
Press this button, indicator light lights
up. Airflow is mainly from
air duct of the windshield. Press this
button again, indicator light will go out,
and air distribution mode will return to
the last working state.
Press this button to run defogging and
defrosting functions, and air
conditioner is turned on at the same
time. Whether
―A/C‖ button is pressed
or not, compressor is turned on, thus
making forward visibility becomes
clear quickly.
Operational Tips
● To quickly cool down the vehicle
parked under the burning sun,
the driver can drive the car for
several minutes with car
windows opened. In this way, hot
air can be exhausted and the
vehicle would be cooled down
more quickly by the air
conditioner.
● Ensure air inlet grille in front of
the windshield is not blocked (for
example, by leaves or snow).
● In wet weather, avoid cool air
blowing on the windshield.
Temperature differences
between both sides of the
windshield would cause fogging
of the windshield.
● Underneath part of the front
seats shall be kept spacious to
allow in-vehicle air to sufficiently
circulate.
● In cold weather, fan speed shall
be set as high speed and be kept
for a minute to clean up snow or
moisture in air inlet passage,
