(4) How to Replace the main board

Step

Procedure

Fig. no.

Unscrew three spacers which fix the main board. Keep
unscrewed three spacers.

Carefully disconnect the four connectors on the main board.

Figure 8-7

Replace the main board (Part No.: 80383080-002) with a
new one.

Carefully connect the four connectors respectively to the
replaced main board.

Reassemble the replaced main board with the three spacers.

Mount the display board and tighten the three screws.

Before the cover is screwed back into the housing, the thread
must be clean and well greased.

Screw the display cover as tight as possible into the housing
to secure the required Ingress Protection (IP) degree.

Tighten the hexagon socket head cap screw of the
interlocking device.

Replace the main board by following the procedures
