To add members to the list

1. From the

Monitor Available

list, select the extensions the user will have a right to

monitor.

2. Click

Add

to move the extensions to the

Monitor List

To remove members

1. Select the extensions in the

Monitor List.

2. Click

Remove.

Other Options

Description

Default

Returns to the default - the extension can monitor its own calls
only.

Trunk Monitor

Enable

Allows monitoring of the AltiGen SDK trunk events at the selected
extension.

Block Caller Name
and Number

When a monitored extension receives a call, blocks the display of
the caller’s name and number in the monitor tab of the client
application.
