A SHORT GUIDE TO USING THE ESPRESSO MACHINE
The pictures below are intended to help you use the espresso machine. Each picture has its number. The content of the guide will make references to
these pictures, therefore they have been numbered to ensure they are easy and comfortable to use.
For example : Fill up the water tank (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) with cold water – do not use mineral water.
Each time you see such numbers, please refer to the relevant pictures.
Preparing the espresso machine – rinsing the system
Open the lid of the water tank. Fill up with cold water and close the lid. Or take out the water tank.
Fill up with cold water. Replace the water tank and close the lid. Press the POWER button to switch on the appliance.
When these buttons light up on the control panel:
POWER , MANUAL , , , the espresso
machine is ready to use.
Warming cups on the plate. Choose a suitable fi lter and place it in the fi lter holder.
Place the fi ler holder in the brew head.
Notice: Projections on the holder must fi t in the slots of
the brew head.
Turn the fi lter holder all the way to the right. Place a large cup under the outlets.
Press the MANUAL button and run a fl ow of about 0.5 l
water. Turn off the water fl ow (the pump) by pressing
the MANUAL button again.
