REMOVING THE ADVANTECH
CONTROL BOARDS
1.
Unplug dryers or disconnect power.
2.
Turn off gas supply to dryers.
3.
Remove the console (see step 3 on page
4-35 for the procedure).

4.
Disconnect the board connectors at P1,
P4, P8, and P11.
5.
Disconnect the four wires at the dryer
motor relay K3 (RD & RD), and dryer
heater relay K2 (BU & BK).
6.
Disconnect the green ground wire from
terminal P6.
7.
Remove the six 5/16
″
hex-head screws
from the board and remove the board.

Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
