2.1. Adjustment of the filament current / Regolazione della corrente di
filamento
This adjustment is normally performed in
factory, so it is not necessary to perform
any further adjustments.
Questa regolazione viene normalmente
eseguita in fabbrica, non è necessario
quindi eseguire ulteriori regolazioni.
In order to enter the B8-Filament board, it is
necessary to disassemble some unit parts.
Disassembling of the rear cover:
Chap. ”Replacements – 3” §2.2.1 Per accedere alla scheda B8-Filament, è
necessario smontare alcune parti della
macchina.

•
Adjust the P3 trimmer in completely
counterclockwise.
•
Place the Jp1 jumper in “b-c” position.
•
Check that between Tp4 and Tp9(-) the
voltage is <80mV.
•
Place the multimeter between Tp5(+) and
Tp9(-).
•
Check and eventually adjust P2 in order to
have a voltage of 1,5Vdc±0,05.
•
Check and eventually adjust P3 in order to
have a voltage of 2,5Vdc±0,05.
•
Connect an oscilloscope between B8-Tp3
(+) and B8-Tp1 (-).
•
Check and eventually adjust the
potentiometer B8-P1 to read a frequency of
32kHz(+0/ -500Hz).
•
The potentiometer B8-P3 is used only for
the factory tests.
•
Regolare il potenziometro P3
completamente in senso antiorario.
•
Posizionare il jumper Jp1 in posizione “b-c”.
•
Verificare che tra Tp4 e Tp9(-) la tensione
sia <80mV.
•
Posizionare il multimetro tra Tp5(+) e Tp9(-).
•
Verificare ed eventualmente regolare P2 per
avere una tensione di 1,5Vdc±0,05.
•
Verificare ed eventualmente regolare P3 per
avere una tensione di 2,5Vdc±0,05.
•
Collegare un oscilloscopio tra B8-Tp3 (+) e
B8-Tp1 (-).
•
Verificare ed eventualmente regolare il
potenziometro B8-P1 per leggere una
frequenza di 32kHz (+0/ -500Hz).
•
Il potenziometro B8-P3 viene utilizzato solo
per i test in fabbrica.
