These buttons are
the main menu
buttons. When
pressed, the menu

CLOCK OUT
CAUTION:
Only apply
signals within the stipulated
ranges to the
TRIGGER
INPUT
connector. Signals
that exceed those ranges
can damage the instrument.

Startsor stopspattern data output. When automatic pattern data update isnot used, the pattern data is
updated before output isstarted.
The indicator lights in the output state. It will flash when there is a discrepancy between the output data and
the displayed data due to pattern data not being updated.
When automatic pattern data update is specified, the indicator flashes rapidly during data update. It flashes
slowly when automatic update isnot performed and data update isrequired.

Controlsseveral functions

The knob icon displayed on
the screen indicates that this
knob controlsthe item.
The arrow buttonsmove the
cursor. They are also used for
special functions that are
described on the screen when
enabled.
Delete Key
Deletespreviously input digits
during numeric input. Deletesthe
character directly in front of the
cursor during character input.
Confirmsnumeric and
character input.
The numeric keysenter valuesin numeric or character
input mode. The charactersA to F are allocated to keysfor
hexadecimal input. Instructions are displayed when used
for other operations.
When a unitsbutton appropriate for the input item is
pressed, the input value and unit are confirmed.
CAUTION:
Do not apply external
voltages to the
CLOCK OUT
connector. Applying external signal
voltages can damage the instrument.
HARDCOPY Button
FORCE TRIGGER Button
Makesa hard copy of the
current screen. The indicator
flashes while in progress.
TRIGGER INPUT
BNC connector acceptsan
external trigger signal.
Generatesa trigger event.
