Medfusion® Model 3500 pump V6

Operator’s Manual

Disable/enable FlowSentry™
pressure monitoring

The pump has an internal program for rapid

occlusion detection called FlowSentry™ pressure

monitoring. The pump may have been configured

to either turn this feature on or off. To change

the default setting for a specific infusion, use this

option.

Note:

With certain syringes, such as those for

enteral delivery, FlowSentry™ pressure monitoring

is automatically disabled and cannot be enabled.
