When the PCI is installed, setting is made to 1 or 2.

When "PCI SETTING" is changed from "0" to "1" or "2," if SIM26-03
"OUTSIDE AUDITOR" is set to "S_VENDOR," "OUTSIDE AUDI-
TOR" is changed to "NONE."
