The changes in this revision relate to the new global setting PTCONN that allows the relay to be configured for
either wye- or delta-connected PTs; new global setting VSCONN that allows the relay to be configured for a
synchronism check or broken delta voltage input to the

terminals; new setting range VNOM = OFF that
causes the relay to disregard the loss-of-potential logic for direction elements that use zero-sequence voltage as
