Functional Description:
This command sets Dual Tone Alignment, including: Left, Centre and Right, which takes effect
only after Dual Tone is turned on.
Parameter specification:

Discrete data. Dual Tone Alignment is as follows:
LEFT | 0: Left,
CENTer | 1: Center,
RIGHt | 2: Right.
