15.14 - Carousel position error

E18 is the error code for Carousel position error. Starrsed RS was not able to position the carousel. There

was a difference found in the pipette memory position table and the actual measured position of the position

sensor.

A position error can occur if the Starrsed RS is switched OFF while the carousel is moving to the next

position or when the Rinse nozzle sticks up.

Warning

: In case of the uncertainty about the position and linked patient data, is it highly

recommended to wash all samples after a position error.
