Getting started
Check the general settings and select the required options

11. Check the limit filter settings as recommended set by default.
The tab Settings is password protected. Select the tab Settings, type the password
XXXXXX
and press the
[ ENTER ] button.
7.1 - Liquid levels
Liquid containers and levels must be checked frequently.
If the small onboard bottles are used, wash and keep the bottles clean to avoid bacterial growth.
The Starrsed RS has liquid level sensors. When the level sensor alarm appears, replace reagent as soon as
possible.
7.2 - Limit filter settings
Check the
Limit filter settings
: If it is certain that the LIMS has been programmed to handle all these
exceptions correctly, these options may be set to
YES
. Use this option with great caution and check the
functioning very carefully. See
Settings - Limit error settings
.
In all other situations, the options should be set to
NO
to avoid that results associated with exceeded limits
are transmitted to LIMS and/or printed.
