13.6 - Level 1 maintenance
Annual maintenance (Level 1 maintenance) is Level 2 Maintenance and the following extras;
We recommend that this procedure is carried out by qualified service engineers.
The following items need to be replaced annually:
1. All tubing ESRI079200 and additional tube set .
2. Waste pump motor ESRI090920.
3. Waste pump cassette ESRI090921 .
4. Blue Vacuum filter disc. Part no QWLV040003 .
5. Fill block washer. Part no ESRI030906.
6. Waste container filter disc QWLV040001. (only applicable if internal waste container is used)
7. Teflon tip of syringe on the Diluter assembly (*Only applicable for Diluter syringe QWLV030009, Diluter
syringe QWLV030021 has to be replaced after 2 years).
The following items need to be replaced annually:
1. Outer needle and sample probe (if needed)
2. Pipette valve bodies (84 pieces)
QTST040001 .
Check:
1. Adjustment of fill nozzle and rinse nozzle.
2. Check measurement unit with Control pipettes.
All these parts (except for the Control pipettes) are included in the PM-kit (Periodical Maintenance Kit).

13.7 - Two years maintenance
Since 2020 a 2-years maintenance kit is available: order numer SESRI120906.
This kit contains two parts of tubing of the vacuum regulator and a diluter syringe and applicable O-ring.
13.8 - Reagents replacement
The Starrsed RS can be used with the small onboard reagent containers or with the Mechatronics bulk
reagent containers if long level sensors are available.
