Enter
a
Provider
VLAN
ID
and
Priority.
The
VLAN
ID
must
be
in
the
range
2
to
4094.
The
VLAN
Priority
must
be
in
the
range
0
to
7.
You
may
also
change
the
TPID
from
the
default
as
shown.

Click
OK
to
accept.

For
user
VLAN
tagging,
click
the
Tag
Radio
button:
In
Tag
mode
Ethernet
frames
are
tagged
or
untagged
to
distinguish
between
differ
‐
ent
networks.
6.
For
completely
transparent
passage
of
tagged
frames,
there
is
nothing
further
to
do.
The
following
table
shows
the
possible
settings
for
each
combination
of
Ingress
and
Egress
modes:
Note
This
facility
is
provided
to
enable
connection
through
legacy
switches
requiring
it.
Otherwise,
there
is
no
need
to
change
the
TPID.
