This menu page is provides access to advanced system settings and utilities.
Record Video Options
Description
This control opens a QShell panel that allows operators to issue QShell
commands from the GUI. This interface panel is similar to a serial (RS-
232) or Telnet QShell session. All QShell commands, including
diagnostic and archive operations, may be issued form the GUI.
QShell Command Line Interface
(CLI)
Important!
A PS2 keyboard must be connected to the front panel of
the QuVIS Acuity in order to gain access to the QShell CLI.
SCSI Manager
The SCSI Manager is special menu page that provides management
functions for attached SCSI devices such as internal or external hard
drives.
Toggle Active – This function is used to activate/deactivate which SCSI
ID’s (per SCSI channel) that will be actively scanned by the system for
the presence of SCSI devices. Those SCSI ID positions that are not
active will not be included during SCSI bus scans by the server.
Misc Operations – The operations contained on this control should only
be executed under the guidance of trained personnel.

page should only be invoked by trained personnel or under the
