Startup Message Reference
After the SNC 4000 completes its power-on self-test, it will attempt to find, load, and run the real-time
licensed internal code (LIC) boot loader.

LIC Initialization Messages
After the BootLoader finds and loads the LIC, the BootLoader will transfer control and start SNC 4000
