Empty the waste container, if

connected to the flow cell, and that

Check that all sample racks are
located correctly on the deck for
the current system configuration

Check the sampling heights on the
Autosampler Setup dialog, and in
the Samples screen (if specified)
Problems with sample
preparation:
Sample is outside viscosity
range supported by the system
Sample contains large particles
Check the viscosity of the sample.
Ensure that the sample was filtered
to remove any large particles
