The operator attention light (optional)
Introduction
The operator attention light contains 3 lights (red, orange and green) that indicate the
current status of the system. This section describes the meaning of the colours of the
operator attention light.

Colour
Description
Red
The printer has stopped, for example because a required
media type is not available or an error has occurred.
Operator attention is required now.
Orange
The printer will stop soon, for example because an output
location is almost full. The orange light lights up when
the printer reaches the warning time.
Operator attention is required soon.
Green
The printer is busy printing. The printer can print longer
than the defined warning time.
Operator attention is not required.
All lights off
The printer is idle. There are no jobs scheduled for
printing.
