Combine subsets into one document
Before you begin
Divide your document into subsets. For example a subset on red paper or a scan with
a specific dark exposure setting. When the processing method changes, a new subset
begins. You must scan each subset separately, using the set-build key (
).

How to prepare your originals
1.
Jog the subset of originals carefully to make a straight stack.
2.
Put the stack face down and in the readable form into the automatic document feeder.
3.
If necessary, adjust the original guides.
4.
Press the key for a template, for example 'Standard job'.
5.
Press the key for 'Original'.
6.
Define the settings for the original.
7.
Press the key for 'Print'.
8.
Define the settings for the document to print.
How to scan the subset
Press the set-build key (
